Is this you? You are on a team that used to 'rock it' and now falls short. You and/or team members struggle to produce creative results, to communicate effectively, and it's hard to know who to trust.
This is me: I work with teams. Together, and individually, we work to discover the root causes of poor performance, inconsistency in creative results, ineffective communication, which all lead to mistrust and breakdown. Teams who lose sight of their 'team vision' find themselves often disconnected from any values based decision making. Without uncovering any embedded negative belief structures, trust issues, cultural biases, presumptive thinking and opposing mindsets it's understandable that the team would hit road-blocks. It's hardly ever about any one person's talent and more often about what's happening their hearts and minds.

Actions taken to practice new approaches to team work and performance that reflect freshly acknowledged feelings, thoughts and
information. Powerful!
Participants can begin to understand some
of the unique dynamics of self at work and how that self is not really (and cannot be) separate from the self at home and why this is an important acknowledgement, understanding of
those underlying aspects of personality, experience and expectation that weave strongly and go everywhere with us. Team members gain an understanding of what 'working positively'
means and of how to be a stronger team member who contributes to the shared goals and vision.
With healing will come quantifiable impacts on productivity, personal engagement and job satisfaction!
