Communication is hard and it’s also the doorway to connection, clarity, action, and inner peace
Connection
Disconnection--those who in dire situations and those who just need some support
Reconnection
before it's too broken let's address it
degrees of brokenness are not stigmatized
there is hope
not every situation is 'dire' not every problem is broken
What makes it so hard? what is broken mean?
How does it lead to dis-connection, and also how does it lead to re-connection, clarity and action?
there are conversations that need improvement or over-hauled
Missing (words and absence of words can be weaponized)
Broken
In many cases, conflict involves people who are telling a story—their story.
Often, it’s what's beneath this narrative that shapes disconnect, fear, assumptions, and unmet needs.
Instead they placate, they pull back, present a 'false persona'
As a result they don't fully perform or reach their potential.
And the gap between their truth and their voice keeps widening.
My coaching practice focuses on professional and personal communication skills.
Whether you're a team leader managing conflict, a colleague navigating disconnection, I work with leaders navigating team tension, siloed communication, or outright conflict or you're trying to repair a relationship without losing yourself--I also coach individuals carrying the strain of disconnection—within themselves or in their relationships.--there’s always a deeper story at play.
I begin by listening for the story underneath the surface—the one influencing behaviors, blocking trust, and keeping you stuck.
Together, we begin to address...
the unproductive dynamics (define)
the truer story (define)
the lost trust (define)
Leaders facing hard conversations—with their team, their peers, or themselves
Leaders who feel like imposters, struggling to lead with confidence and authenticity
Teams whose trust has eroded and communication feels stuck, strained, or reactive
Anyone caught in the tender, tangled spaces of relationship—where love, hurt, and hope coexist
Anyone in a strained relationship who wants repair without abandoning themselves
Anyone ready to stop performing and start showing up more fully—at work, at home, and in their own life
Because I’ve lived it both professionally and personally.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, overlooked, confused, frustrated, afraid, hurt and unsure of how to move forward. And I know what it takes to come through the other side—not
just intact, but more whole.
Let’s begin here.
